A Bradford radio presenter and singer has joined forces with a pan-continental array of musicians to raise funds for Bulgarian street dogs.
Tim Moon, a presenter on Bradford Community Broadcasting, provided a song for a charity CD to raise funds and awareness for the Bulgarian Society for Animal Protection and Preservation.
There are estimated to be about 40,000 street dogs abandoned in Bulgaria's capital city Sofia alone.
Last month wild dogs killed 56-year-old British woman Ann Gordon in a small village in the south east of the country.
Jonathan Taylor, a Halifax radio presenter who compiled the CD, said: "We have compilations from many established and successful musicians, so many we are now considering making a second CD.
"Tim's song is about his dog and it's great to have him on board with us."
The CD will be launched on Friday, January 4, at the Sofia Art Gallery, Bulgaria, where Jonathan Taylor and Cosmic Voices will perform a fundraising concert.
Anyone who would like to buy a copy should send a cheque made out to Otaku Studios for £10 and enclose a stamped envelope addressed to Otaku Studios, PO Box 1026, Bradford BD9 9HB.
A download version will be available in the next two weeks from www.cdbaby.com/taylorjonathan.
