BRADFORD is set to get a further blast of wintry weather with yellow weather warnings for snow, ice and rain in place over the next few days.
The Met Office is reporting that Bradford will get five successive days of light snow showers from tomorrow. This will start as a sleet shower at 6pm on Saturday and will initially carry on all night until 9am on Sunday.
The light snow showers will make way for dry conditions on Sunday from 9am.
But the snow will return to Bradford in the early hours of Monday morning, with the heaviest spell of snow at 6am.
The snow is then scheduled to stop at noon on Monday, making way for dry, cloudy conditions.
But the snow will then return at 9pm on Monday night and continue until 9am on Tuesday.
Next Wednesday is also a day of a mixture of light now showers and cloudy and dry conditions.
The yellow weather warning for rain will be in place over Northern England, including Bradford, from now until noon tomorrow. People are warned that heavy rain may lead to some flooding and travel disruption.

People may also expect some roads and railways likely to be affected with longer journey times by road, bus and train services.
Some injuries from slips and falls on icy surfaces and probably some icy patches on some untreated roads, pavements and cycle paths.
