BRADFORD-BASED family automotive retailer JCT600 has completed work on its new Citroën dealership on Sticker Lane in the city.
Following an extensive redevelopment programme, JCT600 Citroën will now share premises with Vauxhall.
John Tordoff, chief executive of JCT600, said: “We are delighted to welcome Citroën to the JCT600 family where it will sit nicely alongside our other Stellantis brands, Vauxhall and Peugeot, in our home town of Bradford. Citroën is a unique brand offering a very different range, but one I’m sure our customers will enjoy.”
Founded in 1946 as Brooklands Garage, JCT600 remains a family owned and run business. Now in its 75th year of successful trading, it operates 54 dealerships across Yorkshire, the North East, Lincolnshire and Derbyshire.
The Bradford-based group’s existing portfolio includes other volume brands including Volkswagen, Vauxhall, Mazda, Peugeot, MG, Cupra, Kia, Mitsubishi and SEAT.
Eurig Druce, managing director, Citroën UK, said: “The Bradford site is our latest new showroom opening for Citroën UK. As part of our ‘Advance UK’ plan, we are introducing new sites across the country to improve our brand presence in 2021 as we continue our electrification offensive. We are excited to continue our work with JCT600 as they have a 75-year history as a trusted family brand.”
For owners, JCT600’s Citroën service, maintenance, repair and MOT testing services are all fully open by appointment only, supported by contactless drop off and collection as well as sanitation processes.
