Residents are being encouraged to think healthily and take advantage of Bradford Council's festive gym offer.
The Sport and Leisure Service is offering a discounted year's membership of £333 at Richard Dunn Sports Centre, Keighley Leisure Centre and Thornton Recrea-tion Centre until February 10, a 20 per cent saving.
The offer includes unlimited use of gyms, swimming pools and classes at the three centres for a year.
The Council's executive member for environment and culture, Councillor Anne Hawkesworth, said: "A lot of people make New Year's resolutions to get fit so we are offering them the chance to buy the perfect Christmas present with a year's membership at a 20 per cent discounted price."
The promotion is the latest offer from Bradford Council as part of its b active' campaign which has been a huge success.
Latest figures show that more than eight million people have now taken a dip at a Council-owned pool or enjoyed a work-out in its gyms since it was launched in 2003.
