A man exposed himself near a South Craven beauty spot.
The man targeted a woman walking her dog near Cowling Pinnacle at around 3pm yesterday.
The victim ran from the scene and was very shaken but otherwise uninjured.
The man is described as white, about 55, 5ft 3ins and of slim build. He wore a black fleece hat, black jacket and dark blue trousers and carried a small blue rucksack. He may have had a Scottish accent.
