TWO men have been arrested following a large fire at the site of a suspected cannabis factory.
Police were called at about 3.01am on Sunday (January 3) by West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service to a fire and suspicious activity at the building on Annison Street.
The fire has destroyed the four-storey industrial building, where some demolition will take place to make the building structurally safe.
On entering the building, fire fighters located a suspected cannabis factory and two men present at the scene.
Police attended and conducted enquiries into the fire. The investigation so far has led to two men, aged 28 and 32, being arrested on suspicion of the production of cannabis.
Enquiries remain ongoing into both the fire and discovery of a suspected cannabis factory. The Bradford District CID are working with West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service.
