PLANS to build industrial units on a former allotment site in Keighley have been submitted to Bradford Council.
Cross Hills based Parkside Properties has submitted an outline application for a 1,970 square metre site at the junction of Kensington Street and Goulbourne Street - near Holycroft Primary School.
If approved, four light industrial units will be built on the long empty site - creating 720 square metres of new industrial space for the town.
There would be one large unit and three smaller units.

The application shows that there would also be parking spaces for 15 cars, and access to the site will be from Goulbourne Street.
Bradford Council are expected to make a decision on the application early next month.
