Multi-million plans to redevelop Bingley's Myrtle Walk shopping centre are set to be determined this week.
Planners will meet on Thursday to decide whether the site should be developed to create 5Rise, a new shopping centre which would incorporate a larger supermarket and 86 flats.
The plans, which have been submitted by developers 4Urban, are set to top the agenda and have been recommended for approval by officers, subject to a 106 agreement.
Plans for 48 sheltered apartments for the elderly, eight affordable apartments, a house manager flat and communal facilities at Rockwood, Highfield Road, Idle are also set to be determined.
And, variations on a 106 agreement for the multi-million pound Victoria Mills development in Shipley are also including in the agenda.
Planners meet at Shipley Area Planning Panel at Shipley Town Hall at 10am.
