Relatives are being sought of Alan Denby, 83, from the Baildon area, who died recently at Bradford Royal Infirmary.
Anyone who can help is asked to contact the bereavement office at Bradford Royal Infirmary on (01274) 364377, Monday to Friday, between 8.30am and 4.30pm.
