A woman was freed from a Citroen Saxo by firefighters after a road collision.
The crew from Idle was called to Harrogate Road, Apperley Bridge, near the Dog and Gun Inn, at about 8.25pm yesterday following reports of an accident.
A spokesman for West Yorkshire Fire Service said: "She had a suspected spinal injury and so the ambulance put a collar on her and we had to cut the door off to get her out."
Nobody was trapped in the other vehicle involved in the collision.
