A Bingley charity is urging ladies (and gents) who lunch to enjoy of its winter warmers.
Bingley Voluntary Action currently caters for about a dozen pensioners on Thursday lunch-times, but say they would like to see up to 20 over 60s enjoying the food.
Hungry residents are sure to have a fine gastronomic experience as the kitchen at Little House, off Market Street, was awarded five stars for food hygiene under Bradford Council's Scores On The Doors inspection.
Debbie Atkinson, of Bingley Voluntary Action, said: "We charge £3.50 for two courses and tea and coffee. As well as ensuring residents get a good meal, it gives them the opportunity to get out and about and meet other people."
Lunch is served from 11.30and to 1.30pm every Thursday. For details call (01274) 781222.
