Members of the Rotary Club of Ilkley have held their annual assisted shopping evening for the town's pensioners.
Rotarians provided free transport to and from residential homes in Ilkley and Addingham and Tesco.
Rotarian Geoff Maldwyn-Jones, who co-ordinated the evening, said: "I would like to thank Tesco staff for their co-operation.
"Many of the senior citizens have mobility problems and greatly enjoy this experience as it gives them independence.
"We are also looking to the future and for 2008 we are looking to expand this service to reach beyond residential homes to those senior citizens living and being cared for at home."
