International development charity VSO is inviting its Bradford supporters to celebrate its 50th anniversary in March.
It is staging events in Edinburgh, Bristol and London to thank its helpers.
Yesterday hundreds of volunteers celebrated International Volunteers Day in London.
Director of VSO UK, Judith Brodie, said: "Thousands of people in the UK volunteer abroad every year and give thousands of hours to poorer communities. We must take International Volunteers Day as an opportunity to say a heartfelt thank you to them all."
