Two of the seven men accused of murdering Bradford businessman Teddy Simpson have been granted bail by a crown court judge.
Mumtaz Ali, 37, of Astral View, Wibsey, Bradford, and 26-year-old Errol Witter, of Blenheim View, Woodhouse, Leeds, were originally remanded in custody by Bradford magistrates but after a hearing before the Honorary Recorder of Bradford Judge Stephen Gullick both were granted bail today.
Five other men - Darren Martin, 36, of Markfield Avenue, Low Moor, Bradford, Daniel Dacosta, 28, of Servia Gardens, Leeds, Anthony Neale, 27, of no fixed address, Sonny Stewart, 26, of Hope Avenue, Wibsey, and Anthony Davies, 26, of Lloyds Drive, Low Moor - are still remanded in custody.
They have all been charged with the murder of the Mr Simpson, 56, of Sticker Lane, Laisterdyke, whose body was found near the former Beechwood Nursing Home, off Huddersfield Road, Lower Wyke, in August.
He died from multiple injuries.
A six-week trial for the seven men is due to begin on June 9.
They are all expected to appear in the crown court on Monday, February 11 for a plea and case management hearing.
