THE University of Bradford reported 11 new confirmed cases of coronavirus among students and members of staff over the last three days.

These figures represent new positive confirmed cases that have been reported to the university on a daily basis.

Yesterday, the university reported three new covid cases, all students cases, none of which were reported on campus) On Monday, October 19, the university reported six new cases; all were from students, with none reported on campus.

On Tuesday, October 20, the university reported two new covid cases, both were students with none reported on campus.

The data shows the total number of new confirmed cases for University staff and students each day and, of that total, the number of those cases where the individual was on campus within 48 hours of developing symptoms.

Those affected have been urged to self-isolate for 14 days in line with Government guidelines and the University reassuring people that it has implemented "a range of measures".

This includes the delivery of any food and/or medical supplies as well as supporting students’ mental health.

The University's counselling and mental health service is offering telephone/video and email appointments to students.
