FULL plans for 23 homes on a former mill site in Bailiff Bridge have been approved.
The scheme, by Midas Land, is for the former Clifton Mills site at the junction of Bradford Road and Birkby Lane, which was demolished in 2009.
The site is currently vacant.
Calderdale Council planners have approved the latest scheme following outline permission from 2018.
The plans are for 23 houses which are semi-detached and three-storey in height with two different designs.
Each house would have its own garden, of differing sizes.
A report by planning officers states that the homes would be built of stone and buff brick, which is not prevalent in the area, but is "not unknown within Calderdale".
One letter of objection and one in support were sent to the Council over the scheme.
