A family who offered a £500 reward for the return of their missing pedigree dog has been reunited with their pet.
Bonny, a pedigree Bichon Frise, turned up on a traveller's site in Leeds said owner Terry Wilcock.
Bonny had last been seen near the family's home in the Westgate Hill area of Bradford on November 14.
The family put up posters and searched at animal shelters and vet surgeries, and contacted the Council's dog warden service.
They also put out an appeal for her return in the Telegraph & Argus and pledged to give £500 for information that would bring her home safely.
"The response we got from T&A readers was fantastic," said Mr Wilcock.
"Even people who didn't have any sightings rang us up to wish us well. Eventually we got a successful call as a result of the article."
Mr Wilcock, who bought Bonny as a first birthday present for his Juliet 11 years ago, said: "We are thrilled to have Bonny back, there would have been no Christmas spirit in this house without her, she means that much to us."
