A sex shop in Mannigham has been granted a licence to start opening on Sundays again.
The Private Shop on Manningham Lane can now trade between 10am to 4pm on Sundays after a mistake on a renewal application form earlier this year.
Bradford Council's Miscel-laneous Licences Panel heard how a "typographical error" on the form meant the Sunday opening hours were omitted.
Yesterday, the panel agreed to reinstate the hours despite objections.
The shop, run by Darker Enterprises, of Barking, Essex, was granted a licence with Sunday hours in 2001 after first opening in the 1970s.
More recently a bid to show provocative window displays was granted by the Council, but not before drawing objections from the local community.
