The company which owns Education Bradford has appointed a new non-executive director.
Serco has welcomed Tom Corcoran to its board.
Mr Corcoran has more than 40 years of global business experience, particularly in the US aerospace and defence contracting industry.
He is currently senior adviser to US private equity firm The Carlyle Group.
Kevin Beeston, Serco's chairman, said: "We are delighted that Tom is joining us. He has worked in the government contracting markets for more than 30 years and has a keen appreciation for market trends as well as specific customer sets within the US defence contracting industry."
