A VOLKSWAGEN has been seized by police in Keighley after it was used in an attempted theft of a quad bike during the week.
Officers from West Yorkshire Police's Steerside Enforcement Team seized the car, on behalf of North Yorkshire Police, saying it was involved in the attempted theft "a few days ago", in an area which comes under North Yorkshire Police territory
The news was announced in a tweet posted at 4.43pm today.
The full tweet reads:
Vehicle seized in Keighley on behalf of @NYorksPolice after it was used in an attempted theft of a quad bike in their area a few days ago. Enquiries are ongoing.
