THE Dragons Den indoor children’s play centre in Keighley has gone into liquidation.
Dragons Leisure Limited, which ran the facility in Dalton Lane, was voluntarily wound up on August 6 at an online hearing.
As reported in official public record The Gazette, the hearing heard that Dragon Leisure could not continue its business due to current or impending liabilities.
The process began with a virtual meeting on July 16, at which the Dragon Leisure directors sought a decision from creditors on the nomination of a liquidator.
David Mark Smallwood was named as a company director. The liquidator is Rushton’s Insolvency Ltd in Shipley. The news was greeted with sadness online, with some saying children would be "devastated."
