A DRIVER has been reported for having no insurance and no licence after being stopped by police on Dick Lane today.
West Yorkshire Police - Bradford South tweeted a photo of the Volkswagen, which it says was stopped "due to the manner it was being driven in."
The driver was reported for both offences.
