PROPOSALS to turn an office block into 59 flats have been agreed by Bradford Council.
Plans to turn Park House on Well Street, opposite Debenhams, into flats have been mooted for several years.
A request to convert the building was agreed by the Council in September 2017, on the condition that work was completed within three years.
Earlier this year Robert Issler submitted a new plan to create 59 studio, one bed and two bed flats in the office building, which is on the doorstep of Little Germany.

There will be 26 car parking spaces and 16 cycle spaces within the basement.
The application was for 'permitted development.'
Introduced in 2015 by the Government, the policy allows developers to convert unused office space in city centres into flats without the need for a full planning application.
Bradford Council this week agreed the scheme qualified as permitted development.
If the developer needs to make any major external changes to the building, they would have to submit a planning application for the works.
