A FORMER Bradford City star wants fans to feel some pain and good causes to gain from his fundraising online workout.
Jamie Lawrence, who scored 12 goals in 155 games for the Bantams between 1997 and 2002, is holding a special workout on his Facebook page to raise funds for the Bradford Burns Unit and the NHS.
The 50-year-old is also a personal trainer to many current professional footballers and now holds innovative 'Captain Pain' workshops.
On Saturday, May 30, the former Jamaica international ace is holding the workout between 10am and 11.30am on his Facebook page.
The workout itself will be one hour but there will be time either side allotted to a warm-up, cool down and questions.
Thank you very much Jamie, for doing this for us @BradfoBurnsUnit @UoBBio @UniofBradford #bcafc @officialbantams 🙏 https://t.co/ztNf8oHfbq

Mr Lawrence has set an initial £500 fundraising target to split between the two good causes.
The session will be interactive and open to children, beginners, intermediate level gym goers and all the way up to hardcore fitness fanatics.
A donations of at least £2 is asked for so that anyone can join in and feel welcome. A normal session like this would cost £30-50.
