TWO BRADFORD men were arrested in Stoke on suspicion of conspiracy to supply class A drugs after a recall to prison was issued for them.
Armed officers from West Yorkshire Police stopped a vehicle in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, at around 4pm last Wednesday.
Two men, aged 38 and 48, from the Bradford area were then arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to supply class A drugs.
Detective Superintendent Carl Galvin, of West Yorkshire Police’s Protective Services (Crime) team, said: “These arrests were part of ongoing proactive work to tackle serious and organised crime through Programme Precision.
“I would like to thank our colleagues in Staffordshire Police for their help in this operation.”
The two men were recalled to prison for prison licence breach offences.
