A LARGE industrial unit could soon be built on an area of land in West Bowling currently used to store vehicles.
A planning application has been submitted for the site, off Trevor Foster Way, and says the development could create 12 full time jobs.
Brighouse based JNP Group have recently submitted the planning application to Bradford Council, and a decision on the application is due in early June.
The unit would be 1,100 square metres, and the plans include parking for 36 vehicles.
Industrial development at former tourist attraction site is approved
The site is currently used to store articulated lorry cabs for repair and adaptions.
The application says: "The proposal is to construct one portal framed unit separated into four small industrial units with associated facilities and parking.
"The development site will provide an excellent opportunity for new businesses to have a new up to date general industrial units within minutes of the M606/M62 motorway the main arterial link between the East and West coast of England."
