Pickles Interiors has been a fixture of Shipley – situated in the old bath house in the town centre – for decades, selling high-quality, bespoke furniture and furnishings for more than 40 years.
Managing director, Nigel Hennigan, who owns the business with his wife, Kerry, said: “Quality products and exemplary customer service have always been at the heart of our company and this development will allow us to offer that to more customers than ever before.”
The new premises will stock a rich variety of sofas, general upholstery and occasional furniture, suitable for all tastes and interiors at the former site of Walter Marks Cars, on Baildon Road.
Nigel and Kerry will officially unveil the new showroom at 10am on Saturday, March 21. Reception drinks will be offered to visitors all weekend, alongside incredible 50 per cent discounts on all display Vale Bridgecraft sofas and chairs.
The Yorkshire-based manufacturer is just one of the leading brands that visitors will find at Pickles Interiors – the showroom will also stock products by Stressless, Parker Knoll, Cintique, Steed, Wood Bros and more.
The showroom will also feature a new riser recliner centre, selling motor-driven adjustable chairs designed for anyone who is slightly less mobile but who wants to put their feet up in style.
Nigel added: “It’s very exciting for us to be taking the business in this direction. It’s been a pleasure to help customers from all over Yorkshire, and beyond, find their perfect furniture.
