A BRADFORD property firm is expanding further with two new branches in the area.
Plush Homes UK, which is based in Wibsey, has recently opened an office in Keighley, and is soon to open a third in Elland.
The company runs a scheme to help first-time buyers become homeowners without the need for a deposit.
It was founded in October 2014 by Jonathan Flynn and Richard Holmes, property professionals who have a combined experience of more than 50 years.
Mr Flynn is the firm’s senior property buyer and attends homes in Bradford, Keighley and surrounding areas to ensure every home they offer is well detailed and explained in depth.
Mr Holmes is in control of property renovation and making sure the company upholds its reptutation in today’s property market place.
Mr Flynn said: “With Plush Homes UK, you are buying a home without the need to save for a deposit that means you can finally move out of home or away from the ‘dead money’ of renting a property and Plush Homes will hold your hand from start to finish, a large majority of our buyers and sellers stay friends and keep in contact.
“We are a property people increasing our business by adding buyers and sellers to our family everyday.”
Mr Holmes added: “Plush Homes is not like the normal ‘cash buyers’ you see advertising everyday.
“We increase our excellent reviews by getting you up to 100% of your market value in a fast and efficient manner.
“Plush are property investors with a drive to succeed under the motto,’ Your dreams are our mission!’”
Jade Wright, the customer care manager for Plush Homes, said: “It is my role to make sure every client in every branch of our company receives a first class experience and feels like they are our number one priority.
“Myself and my family bought a Plush home nearly four years ago and still live their happily today, I loved the way we were cared for and jumped at the chance to join Plush Homes UK when a role came available.
“I know I was well cared for when I was pregnant and purchased my first home through Plush, I want to make sure all my clients feel the exact same way.”
A new property buyer, Andrew Owen, has recently joined the team, concentrating on the Halifax and Huddersfield areas.
Natalie Wales is to join the Plush Homes team shortly as a customer care representative to help buyers in the Keighley area.
The firm deals with independent mortgage advisers and can then arrange to show clients the properties within their budget.
A Plush Homes investor can also offer an interest free, ten year term loan, for those without a deposit.
