DAME Helen Mirren has certainly been getting out and about in Bradford already just a week after shooting started on her new film, The Duke, in the city.
The Oscar-winning actress has taken Bradford to her heart already as she has begun filming alongside co-star Jim Broadbent for the art heist movie.

Now she has further embraced Bradford culture by tucking into a curry.
The Queen star paid a visit to the Mumtaz restaurant in Great Horton Road, mingling with staff and explaining why she was in the city in a video.
She enjoyed the meal so much she posted a picture of it on her Instagram and posted: “Nothing like an Indian/Pakistani dinner in Bradford. Doesn’t get any better. Thank you Mumtaz.”
