THERE was a real dame at the panto on Friday as award-winning actress Helen Mirren spent a night at the Alhambra theatre.
Sporting her £5 flashing tiara, the actress enjoyed Snow White & The Seven Dwarfs, starring panto legend Billy Pearce, pop star and Strictly Come Dancing finalist Faye Tozer and family TV favourite Paul Chuckle.
The star headed back stage to meet the cast with Billy Pearce telling fans he was "chuffed to bits".
