THE Muslim Women's Council has welcomed in the new decade at Bradford Cathedral with sounds for the soul.
The grand interfaith evening was hosted at Bradford Cathedral by Amina Sultani and Shabnam Khan on Friday, January 3 and attended by over 200 guests.
Quran Reciter Nasheed, Naat Artist and Sufi Singer Amina Sultani performed devotional recitation as well as Sufiyana Qalaam with noted artist Shabnam Khan.
Bana Gora, CEO of Muslim Women's Council, says: “The evening was spiritually uplifting and a true example of interfaith harmony.
"It was wonderful to see different faith communities coming together, and we look forward to hosting future events at this historic, beautiful venue."
