Why there was a police helicopter above Bradford city centre today
A POLICE helicopter deployed to track down a vehicle has lead to an arrest.
The helicopter was heard flying above the city centre shortly after 2pm.
The suspect vehicle was located in the Barkerend area and recovered for further tests.
A man has since been arrested and enquiries are ongoing.
A worker in the city centre told the Telegraph & Argus: "I heard the helicopter flying above the city centre for a good fifteen minutes and wondered why it was there."
