A DRIVER has been arrested after his van was stopped by police in Shipley.
Traffic officers stopped the white Ford Transit van on Cragg Road yesterday afternoon.
The driver, a 33-year-old man, refused to provide identification details when requested.
He was arrested for disqualified driving, driving without insurance and three warrants.
Due to his refusal to answer identification questions, he was arrested for obstructing a PC.
The van was seized.
The man was later charged with disqualified driving, driving without insurance and obstructing a PC.
He remains in custody as he has been kept for the next available court for the three warrants which will be on Monday morning.
