THREE teenage males have been arrested in Shipley after police received reports of an ongoing burglary.
Sergeant T Green tweeted that the news came in during the morning briefing today.
All the officers rushed out and the trio - two aged 15 and the other 17 - were located nearby and were arrested.
The suspects entered via an unlocked door and Sgt Green reminded the public to keep doors locked.
Sgt Green reported that Shipley Neighbourhood Policing Team had conducted nine stop searches on their patch over the previous 24 hours.
All were as a result of community information.
Some resulted in arrests and the public were reassured that officers are acting on their live time information with their policing powers when they can.
