POLICE have issued a statement after a crash involving one of the force's vehicles this morning.
In a statement, West Yorkshire Police said: "Emergency services were called to Croft Street, Bradford at about 8.54 following a collision between a BMW car and a marked police car which was responding to a call.
"A woman in the BMW received treatment for injuries which are thought to not be serious.
"A police officer was taken to Bradford Royal Infirmary for precautionary checks.
"Investigations into the circumstances of the collision are ongoing."
The road was blocked while emergency services worked at the scene, but it has now re-opened.
