Lane closure and signal failure causing delays on the motorway near Bradford

The AA is reporting there is one lane closed and queuing traffic due to a stalled van on the eastbound carriageway of the M62, from Brighouse to Chain Bar.

It's understood that lane four, of four is closed. 

Then at Chain Bar, there are reports of slow traffic due to signal failure on the roundabout.
