Police stopped a driver on the M62 for having one brake pad totally missing.
POLICE stopped a vehicle on the motorway and found it had a brake pad totally missing.
Officers from the West Yorkshire Police Roads Policing Unit initially stopped the vehicle - which was heading west on the M62 - for having no MOT.
A quick check by police proved vital.
It was discovered that one of the driver's brake pads was totally missing.
A police spokesperson said: "It must have made a heck of a noise under braking."
