A FORMER industrial site in Bradford will be cleared to pave the way for a residential development after demolition plans were approved.
Bradford Council has granted planning permission for the demolition of the vacant former C O S Presentations site on Bradford Road.
C O S Marketing had applied to carry out demolition work on four buildings that would start later this month and carry on until October.

The company’s application said: “The site will be developed for housing.”
A separate application for housing would need to be submitted and approved before any redevelopment begins.
The company said the demolition would be carried out using a platform lift, 360 degree excavator, bobcat loading shovel and hydraulic breaker attachment.
Work can only take place between 7:30am and 5:30pm on Monday to Friday and between 8am and 4pm on Saturday.
Council officers said the demolition plans, and the company’s scheme to dispose of waste from the site, was acceptable and work has been approved.
