PETS at Home is hosting a series of free interactive workshops over summer.
Aimed at youngsters aged 5-11, the workshops will educate attendees about how to look after animals as pets.
There’ll be interactive games, plus ‘meet and greet’ sessions.
A spokesperson said: “Our My Pet Pals workshops are a fun way to give young animal lovers the chance to learn the importance of pet welfare.”
Following the workshops, children are invited to enter the My Pet Pals Summer Challenges Competition, where they will be encouraged to complete an interactive activity book for the chance to win a fantastic prize.
My Pet Pals Cool Pets workshops are being held every Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday at 11.30am, and Friendly Fish sessions are being held every Thursday and Sunday at 11.30am.
Sessions are running at these times at both the Bradford Forster Square and Idle stores.
Sign up for the free, 30 minute workshop at petsathome.com/petworkshops.
