A trio of kittens have been saved from a demolition site at the former Bradford Odeon.
The Bradford City force were called to the theatre, which is undergoing regeneration, after reports that someone may have entered the building.
Instead police found six-week-old kittens who had made the cinema their home but their mum was not in sight.
Katie Lloyd, a volunteer at Bradford Cat Watch Rescue, is now looking after the litter - all named after theatres in Bradford.
Gaumont, Victoria and Odie were "frightened" upon their arrival with the cat expert believing they haven't had much human contact.
Katie said: "We got a phone call from the police - it was basically can we help them.
"We've got a lot of work to do with them. We weren't able to locate mum. The mum's probably around somewhere. Now because there's such heavy machinery there's nothing more we can do.
"We just have to spend a lot of time with them."
