Two men will appear before magistrates after they were charged with terrorism offences.
Mohammed Shehzad and Safaan Ali were arrested on July 3 and are both from Bradford, Counter Terrorism Policing North East (CTPNE) said on Tuesday.
A CTPNE spokeswoman said Shehzad, 21, of Upper Woodlands Road, off Toller Lane, Bradford, has been charged with disseminating terrorist publications, contrary to section 2 of the Terrorism Act 2006.
Ali, 18, of Fairbank Road, off Toller Lane, has been charged with eight offences of possessing material likely to be useful to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism, contrary to Section 58 of the Terrorism Act 2006.
The spokeswoman said that both men have been remanded in custody and would appear before Westminster Magistrates on Wednesday.
