Two teenagers accused of murdering a 29-year-old man in Keighley have been told their trial could start in February next year.
Mark Masters, 18, and a 17-year-old youth, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, appeared before the Honorary Recorder of Bradford Judge Stephen Gullick today after being charged with the murder of Gavin Waterhouse.
Mr Waterhouse's body was found at his home in Church Street on September 26 and a post-mortem examination revealed he had suffered a ruptured spleen.
During the short preliminary hearing at Bradford Crown Court, Judge Gullick removed a previous ban on reporting Masters' address in Parkwood Rise, Keighley.
The teenagers were remanded back into custody after being told that a seven-day trial had been fixed to start at Leeds Crown Court on February 11 next year.
Their next court appearance, which could be either at Leeds or Bradford, will take place on January 14.
