A SPECIAL school in Bingley has retained its Outstanding rating from Ofsted.
Hazelbeck Special School, in Wagon Lane, was praised by inspectors for continuing to meet the needs of its pupils, and achieving the World Class School mark last year.
Beth McPhail, headteacher, said: “We are immensely proud of our team and the wonderful students in our school.
“We are determined to continue to improve the school and are working closely with both the Trust and other outstanding special schools nationally to move us onto the next level.”
David Horn, chief executive of the Beckfoot Trust, added: “This is a wonderful achievement.
“Hazelbeck was the first school to join the Beckfoot Trust after Beckfoot.
“The beauty of the school is its absolute belief in the potential of its students to do wonderful things and the team working culture established across all the staff. It is a very magical place and an inspiration to us all.”
