SUNBRIDGE Wells is planning a food and drink festival this weekend to show off its new street food eateries.
Bear's Den and Pizza Loco will open tomorrow and Saturday respectively in the tunnels venue off Ivegate in Bradford.
The move is part of an initiative to provide food and drink offerings for different tastes.
Jed Lynch said: "There will be different specialities all under one roof.
"We're all now more of a unit, one big family. "
He said that means people will be able to get food and then move around any one of the bar and pub venues - people will even be able to order food and get it delivered to their table elsewhere in the complex.
Each room will have its own selling point from a more relaxed and lounge-y style in the Viper Rooms, to real ale in the Rose & Crown and nearly 100 gins in the gin bar.
Mr Lynch added: "Business is still going well. We're hoping when we reopen with food that will increase custom.
"The food will be local supplied by local people."
He said with all the providers in the complex now acting as one unit, it will enable more casual dining.
Pizza Loco will be offering Neapolitan wood-fired pizzas and panuozzo - wood-fired sandwiches - as well as antipasta and beers.
The locomotive-styled mobile street food venue has an enthusiastic following in Leeds and Oliver Reynolds says this will be their first permanent location.
Bear's Den is another offspring of an established eatery - Bear's Pantry have been catering for weddings and pop-up restaurants from their base in Farsley.
It is opening up in the former tapas lounge and will be offering sandwiches, cheese boards, charcuterie, craft beers and wine with most of the products sourced from Yorkshire suppliers, including cheese from Black Mouse in Pudsey and bread from the Edward Street Bakery in Saltaire.
Rich Kendrick said: "Being part of this development is interesting. We will hopefully grow together.
"We've had a great welcome to the family here."
He said they had plans to supply local offices too.
The Viper Rooms lounge bar has taken over from the Alibi bar and will feature cocktails from the resident mixologist, prosecco and beer.
To increase the Sunbridge Wells options, there are plans for a jerk chicken outlet in the former soap shop on Sunbridge Road.
The food and drink festival runs from Friday to Sunday and will also feature live music and DJs. Saturday features a ticket-only performance by The Captain of the Lost Waves.
