NEW resources are available to help support people through low mood, anxiety and panic attacks.
My Wellbeing College, which is run by the Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust, offers a range of opportunities to help people combat life's ups and downs.
Now, guided self-help workbooks are available. They take 12 weeks to do and contain different tasks and activities which, when practised on a weekly basis, give people the tools to manage difficult symptoms.
They currently cover low mood, generalized anxiety and panic.
People need to register with MyWellbeing College first, and following an assessment with the team, may be able to be enrolled with guided self-help as their learning method.
People don’t have to go through their GP to enrol on a course or group, but can visit www.bmywellbeingcollege.nhs.uk or give the enrolment team a call on 0300 555 5551 to chat through the range of options available.
