A CAREER campaign aimed at young people has launched a website.
#futuregoals resources and information can be found at www.futuregoals.co.uk.
The website gives guidance about future employment or training, as well as opportunities available. The #futuregoals campaign was launched by the Leeds City Region Enterprise Partnership to highlight careers in manufacturing and engineering, construction and digital.
Councillor Susan Hinchcliffe, Leader of Bradford Council and Chair of the West Yorkshire Combined Authority, said: “Manufacturing, engineering, construction and digital are the region’s fastest growing sectors, providing exciting, forward thinking and innovative job roles to the region.
"It’s crucial that we invest time and effort into giving young people the best possible chance in gaining the skills and experience needed to achieve their future goals which will in turn, boost the local economy.
“This is an invaluable resource for the region’s young people and I hope this campaign will teach them about the exciting opportunities available to them in the future.”
