Our letter-writer says white poppies would be a welcome addition to the display in Centenary Square
SIR – An impressive display of red poppies in Centenary Square would be complemented by the addition of some white (Peace) poppies. These white poppies would remember all victims of war and would represent a hope for peace in the future.
