A BRADFORD law firm has revealed it has a gender pay gap of 3.4 per cent in favour of men.
Switalskis Solicitors published its report after the April 5 deadline had passed, but says it is leading the way on gender equality in the boardroom by employing 12 women directors compared to 10 men.
John Durkan, managing director, said, “Gender pay equality is not something that we have purposely set out to achieve as a firm. Instead, it’s something that we’ve arrived at naturally because we are fundamentally fair employers."
