Firefighters from Idle were called to a fire underneath a steel container in Tunwell Street, off Victoria Road, Eccleshill, today.
The crew were called to the incident at 5.55am. A West Yorkshire Fire Service spokesman said the fire was suspected to have been started deliberately.
