Firefighters from Bradford and Shipley were called to two fires which had been started at a builder's yard in Midland Road, Frizinghall, last night.
The crews were called to the incidents at 11.30pm, where a metal container being used as a store room and a pile of wood on the ground were ablaze.
A West Yorkshire Fire Service spokesman said the fires were being treated as suspicious and that police were investigating.
